Seasonal Campground Rules:
These rules are for your benefit to insure a pleasant and enjoyable
vacation.
Only standard camping equipment allowed, one camping unit per site.
Management reserves the right to limit the number of people and equipment
occupying any site.
Management reserves the right to change the rules and regulations and to
evict for infractions.
NO REFUNDS CAN BE MADE.
No persons shall erect post or distribute any placard, signs, notice, or
posters in the park, NO FOR SALE SIGN
All New Seasonals must have a RV Newer than 1991. This is a 20 year old RV.
Speed Limit 10 MPH.
QUIET TIME 11 pm until 7am. CURFEW 11 PM FOR UNDER 18.
Mopeds and motorcycles are for entering and leaving PARK only.
Grass must be kept cut or SBL will cut and charge $10.00 per cut.
DO NOT LITTER; Keep camp Clean.
All garbage must be in plastic bags and placed by roadway. No trash cans.
Fires are permitted, they must be attended at all times and properly put out
before retiring.
No fireworks, firearms, BB guns, Skateboards, Rollerblades, or any type
explosive allowed.
No person shall hunt, trap, shoot, molest, any bird or animal in this Park.
Do not dig holes, ditches in the campsite, Do not CUT, drive nails or attach
objects to trees and electric poles.
Do Not Walk through other campsites when occupied.
No electric heaters and no outside refrigerators any size. Freezer 6cu.ft.
Maximum.
Pets must be on a leash.
Pets must have rabies certification on file in the office.
Pets can not be left unattended.
Pets must not annoy other guest.
Owners must clean up after their pets.
Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children while
in PARK, POOL and MARINA. Life vest must be worn in Marina by children under

Bicycles must have headlights. All riders under 16 must wear helmets.
Do Not Wash Cars in PARK.
No washing trailers from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
All Decks, Concrete Pads and Storage boxes must be pre-approved. Rubbermaid
type boxes (Max 7' X 7').
All Visitors must Register upon arrival at the Office and pay
$5.00 per person per day 7 am to 5 pm, if they stay less than 30 minutes
they can get a refund.
Overnite Guest musts register upon arrival and pay fee $10.00 per nite/ per
person. Check in 5PM & Check out 5 P.M.
All visitor vehicles must be parked in a designated parking area, if the
site is full.
No PARKING on road or vacant sites.
All Occupied campsite must have a responsible adult over 21.
Any SEASONAL CAMPER NOT REGISTERING THEIR GUESTS WILL FORFEIT THEIR SITE, NO
REFUND.
Shelter used for dining purposes may not be used for sleeping.
Clothes Lines must be taken down when not in use.
Games involving thrown objects such as handballs, Frisbees shall be
restricted to designated area.
Campground is for recreational camping only. NO RENTING UNITS.
Electric Scooters driven by OVER age 21. NO MOTOR SCOOTERS, ATV OR 4
wheelers ALLOWED.
All camping units must be equipped with an incoming water check valve.
Management assumes no responsibility for loss by fire, theft ,wind, water,
accidents, vandalism, etc.
Additional fee for removal of platforms and RV appliances, etc. For rates
check at office.
Phone messages and mail may be picked up at office.
All water hoses must have a nozzle and shut off when not in use.
ALL GOLF CARTS MUST BE REGISTERED AT OFFICE. GOLF CARTS must be INSURED and
driven by LICENSE DRIVERS and be at least 18 years old. No loud mufflers.
Headlights are required for nite driving and golf cart must have working
brakes. License must be displayed. Broken carts should be removed from park.
Automatic Gate System will be in use this season.
Anyone tampering with the entrance gate will be evicted. NO REFUND.
No refund on Seasonal Gate passes.
NO TRAILERS WILL BE SOLD ON SITE. BUYER MUST REMOVE TRAILER FROM SITE.
NO FOR SALES SIGNS ALLOWED
SITE RENT IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.
Management is not responsible for accidents or lost articles.
Seasonal Campers not returning for the 2009 Season MUST have their trailers
off the site before March 16, 2009 and the site must be cleaned. Call for an
appointment 302-645-6500.
Steamboat Landing does NOT have any trailer storage.
Seasonal Campers that wish to change sites must move their trailer on April
9 or April 10. NO Exceptions.
Electric Bills are due the first of each Month. Anyone who gets 2 Months
behind will have their GATE PASS cut-off.
Do NOT PET strange animals, report animals to office immediately.
PET RABIES CERTIFICATE MUST BE ON FILE IN OFFICE.
