2009 Seasonal Rates

Seasonal Rate:

$2,250.00 plus monthly Electric.

Rates are based on 2 Adults and 2 dependent children under 18.

Extra Charges:

There is a one time Site clean-up Deposit of $300.00 per site required.  This can be paid in yearly installments of $100.00 and it is refundable if site is left clean. All deposits must be paid by check or money order.  Make check payable to "Steamboat Landing LLC Clean-up Deposit".  When you leave the park and the site is clean, Steamboat Landing will write you a check for the $300.00.   If you leave trash, deck, trailer, BBQ grill, etc. we will deduct the clean-up cost from your deposit.

All extra dependent children under 18 must pay $50.00 each to be added to site.

All dependent children in college less than 22 must pay $50.00 each to be added to site. College students over 22 must pay $100.00 rate.

Married children and adults must pay $100.00 each to be added to site.

Grandchildren under 18 must pay $50.00 each to be added to site.

Maximum Adults to a site is 4.

Guest Fees: 

Day Guest 7am until 5pm = $5.00 per person

Overnight Guest 5pm until 5pm = $10.00 per person

Payment Schedule:

Deposit to hold campsite $1,250.00, 2nd Payment $1,000.00 due 30 DAYS LATER.

Electric bill: due 1st weekend each month, and End of September. Anyone who gets 2 Months behind will have their GATE PASS cut-off.

Transit Rates

All rates are based on 2 adults and 2 dependent children under 18, no charge for children under 5 years

Daily RV Rate: $40.00 Plus extra persons.  50 amp $55.00 per nite.

Weekly RV Rate: $240.00 Plus extra persons

Monthly Rate: $800.00 plus Electric for that month.

Extra Charges:

Extra Persons - $10.00 per day per person.

6 cu.ft. Freezer - $5.00 per day

Cabin Rate

Weekly Rate: $450.00

Daily Rate: $75.00 (2 day minimum)

$100.00 refundable security deposit required

Boat Slip Rate

Seasonal Boat Slip: $1200.00, empty boat trailer storage is included with a seasonal boat slip.   

Weekly Boat Slip: $90.00

Daily slip: $15.00 (2 day minimum, 3 day Holiday)
